Mike and Wendy were extremely responsive and kind. Condo was clean and location was perfect. Right at 100 steps to the water, it was great for us. Walked to grab coffee and shop. Super convenient to everything and still felt like you were miles away while on the beach. Great combo!

Great location and amazing beach access! The home is directly on the beach and is walkable to many restaurants near-by. Just as the description says, you do share a back patio with the duplex neighbors. Overall, a great house with the perfect beach location for a getaway!
